Mentoring

The purpose of the BYU Varsity Club is to perpetuate the brotherhood of BYU football, and there is no better way to do this than through a mentoring program. We are launching this program with the aim that current players will not only be helped during their tenure at BYU, but will have established a network to help them professionally in their career goals for the rest of their lives.

The goal is to have all BYU football players leave the program as prepared, productive professionals. This is where you, the former player, will play a crucial role as a mentor to current athletes. You will offer guidance about graduate and professional schooling, help with career planning, and provide network opportunities to insure the current players transition into the professional world in a timely manner following graduation.

To become a mentor or to learn more about the mentoring program, please contact the Varsity Club. Don’t forget to look for the sign-up information at the Spring Event!
